MAKING OF SOLVENCY AND CAPITAL ADEQUACY STANDARDS

The following Prudential Standards, established for the purposes of Division 3A & 3B of Part VI of the National Health Act 1953 have been made:

• Health Benefits Organisations – Solvency Standard 2005
• Health Benefits Organisations – Capital Adequacy Standard 2005
• Health Benefits Organisations – Interpretation Standard 2005
  

The Standards have effect from 1 July 2005.
