SUBMISSION OF ELECTRONIC COPIES OF PHIAC RETURNS

PHIAC has established a new email address which is to be used for the lodgement of all statutory returns that are required to be lodged with PHIAC in electronic form (this would include, but is not limited to, the PHIAC 1 and PHIAC 2 returns).

The email address for the submission of returns is:

returns@phiac.gov.au

For returns lodged on or after 19 October 2005 it is a requirement that those returns be lodged via this email address.

These requirements are issued in accordance with the statutory functions, powers and obligations given by Sections 82G, 82H and 82M of the National Health Act.
