NEW PHIAC 1 RETURN AND SURVEY OF AMBULANCE ONLY MEMBERS

New PHIAC 1 Return

PHIAC Circular No. 84 notified organisations of PHIAC's intention to modify the PHIAC 1 return to collect information on ambulance only membership. This circular introduces the new PHIAC 1 return that is to be completed from September quarter 1999. Funds should complete the current PHIAC 1 return for the June 1999 quarter.

The new return expands the data gathered for ancillary tables. The return requests information for the following categories:

  • Ambulance Only
  • Other Ancillary Only Tables
  • Total Ancillary Only Tables
  • All Ancillary Tables

Survey of ancillary membership as at 30 June 1999

PHIAC is conducting a separate survey of ancillary membership. PHIAC requests each organisation complete only Page 3 of the new return, for each State, as at 30 June 1999. This should be forwarded to PHIAC no later than 28 July 1999.
