CONSOLIDATION - HEALTH BENEFITS REINSURANCE (TRUST FUND PRINCIPLES)
The determination and amendments to the Health Benefits Reinsurance (Trust Fund Principles) Determination made under Section 73BC (5B) of the National Health Act 1953 have now been consolidated taking into account amendments up to Health Benefits Reinsurance (Trust Fund Principles) Amendment Determination 2000 (No. 1).
A copy of the consolidated Determination is attached.
This Circular supercedes Circulars 56, 98, 103 and the Health Benefits Reinsurance (Trust Fund Principles) Determination 1998 attached to Circular 75.
