Public Officer Responsibilities
Public Officers are required to notify PHIAC of change of details within individual health funds.
It is not PHIAC’s responsibility to contact Public Officers, for updated email, telephone and fax numbers. While most Public Officers have been helpful with previous PHIAC requests for details, it is of concern that a small number of email addresses or telephone numbers are several months out of date. Please ensure that PHIAC is notified of such changes, immediately that they occur.
Please note that call centre numbers are not sufficient contact details for PHIAC staff.
Rules Update
Public Officers are reminded that copies of fund rules as at 31 December 2001, are to be sent to PHIAC by 14 January 2002. Please send electronically either by disk or email. No hard copy of the rules is necessary.
