PRODUCT DATA NO LONGER REQUIRED

Data on page 6 of the current PHIAC 1 Reinsurance return is no longer required. Detailed quarterly product data is also no longer required.

This data was originally requested in PHIAC Circular 04/06 of 14 April 2004 to assist in modelling Risk Based Capitation Reinsurance inclusive of a product component.

Note that the PHIAC 1 template should not be changed. Funds that have processes that are difficult or costly to change, that enter the data on page 6 of the PHIAC 1 template, will not be required to change their process at this stage.
