HOSPITAL CONTRIBUTORS AS AT 31 MARCH 2007 BY STATE AND TERRITORY

PHIAC requests information on number of hospital contributors as at 31 March 2007 by State and Territory to enable calculation of average SEUs in the June 2007 quarter.

Please note that the basis of this request is State or Territory of residence of the contributor regardless of the number of contributors in any State or Territory. Organisations that currently do not report in every state must, for the purpose of this circular, provide the number of contributors in every state. This differs to the PHIAC 1 requirements where the 500 SEU rule applies. Also note that for the purpose of this request ACT is to be combined with NSW.

The information that is required is found on the electronic template (templatemarcontribs.xls) attached to this circular on PHIAC’s website www.phiac.gov.au.

The total for the States and Territories should equal the corresponding sum of the persons reported in your PHIAC 1 returns for the March 2007 quarter.

The completed returns should be forwarded by e-mail to returns@phiac.gov.au by 28 April 2007.
