PHIAC: DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDUSTRY WIDE GOVERNANCE STANDARD – INVITATION FOR COMMENT

This circular initiates a period of industry consultation on the development of a governance standard for the private health insurance industry.

The papers issued with this circular provide the rationale for the development of the Standard, the policy intent behind each rule and a copy of the draft legislative instrument.

The papers are being circulated for comment from private health insurers and other interested parties.
