ACT PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE SURVEY AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2008

PHIAC requests information from insurers about private health insurance coverage in the ACT as at 31 December 2008. The results of this survey will enable health benefits funds to access information on the age distribution of insured persons in the ACT.

The information that is required is found on PHIAC’s website on the electronic template (Survey0812.xls) in forms and attached to this circular on PHIAC’s website.

Please note that the basis of the survey is the principal place of residence of the policy holder.

The completed returns should be forwarded by e-mail to returns@phiac.gov.au by  31 January 2009.
