Who Can Join

4.1. A person who is, or was, employed in any of the following trades or industries:

      (a) timber or forestry production; or

      (b) the downstream processing of timber or forestry products, including the
           production of timber and paper products; or  
      (c) providing services to any trade or industry referred to in
           paragraphs 4.1 (a) or (b).

           4.2. A person who is, or was, employed by:

(a) an employer engaged in a trade or industry referred to in
     paragraphs 4.1(a) or (b); or

(b) a subsidiary of an employer engaged in a trade or industry referred to in
     paragraphs 4.1(a) or (b).

  4.3.  For the purposes of paragraph 4.2 (b), ‘subsidiary’ has the same meaning as 
          in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

           4.4. For the purposes of paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2, ‘employed’ includes a person engaged in the relevant trade or industry on their     behalf or as a director of a company.
