Operations Of The Private Health Insurers Annual Report 2006-07

The 2006-07 Report on the Operations Of The Private Health Insurers was presented out of session on 14 December 2007.

The Annual Report is provided in both html and pdf formats. The attached Table of Contents, List of Figures and Tables, and Index provide details of page content.

An errata was presented out of session on 23 January 2008 to correct the following tables:

1. Table 37 – Management expenses: an incorrect calculation of total management expenses per average policy and per average insured persons was inserted in the table.

2. Table 38 – Membership statistics by organisation at June 2007: data pertaining to Latrobe Health Services Inc. was omitted from the table.

3. Table 39 – Membership statistics by state at 30 June 2007: data pertaining to Queensland was omitted.
