Statistical Trends
Quarterly Statistics

A report detailing, by State, trends in the membership and benefits paid by Private Health Insurers. These reports are compiled from the PHIAC A quarterly reports and are updated every quarter.

Change in the legislation from 1 April 2007 resulted in changes in the data collected by PHIAC. Some new data cannot be directly linked with the historical trend data previously published on this page. PHIAC has revised the reports to provide a consistent trends data set.
