Insurers
Providing information about an insurer
The Council will consider and investigate any information that is brought to its attention that relates to an insurer’s prudential obligations or the operations of a health benefits fund. This includes the conduct of the insurer, the fund or its staff members.
Who should you contact
There are six ways you can forward information to PHIAC regarding an insurer:

- send us the feedback form electronically
- print the feedback form, complete it, and send it to:
